Hills to Plains — 36kbd VIP Everywhere You Are

From the hill roads of Rangamati to the busy streets of Dhaka — the 36kbd VIP program is open to players from every corner of Bangladesh. Just play regularly, stack your points, and climb your way up.

The 36kbd VIP program is built with Bangladeshi players in mind. No complicated rules — play to earn points, earn points to level up, level up to unlock more rewards.

You earn points on casino games, Sports Betting, and Live Casino — everything counts. That means you build your VIP membership simply by playing what you already enjoy.

How do points work?

Earn 1 point for every ৳100 wagered (2 points on slots). Points help you level up and can be converted into bonus credits.

What VIP Members Get

Far more than a standard account — every benefit is designed to transform your gaming experience

Higher Cashback

Get cashback on your losing bets every week — starting at 5% for Bronze and going up to 30% for Diamond. Cashback is credited directly to your balance.

Personal Account Manager

Gold and Diamond members get a dedicated manager who handles their account personally. Reach them via phone, WhatsApp, or live chat.

Fastest Withdrawals

Diamond members' withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Gold is 10 minutes, Silver is 15. Less waiting, more playing.

Birthday & Festival Bonus

On your birthday, 36kbd sends you a special bonus. VIP members also receive exclusive offers during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day — perks that regular members don't get.

Exclusive Free Spins

Earn free spins every month — from 20 up to 500 depending on your tier. Free spins can be used on new games and selected slots.

VIP Exclusive Tournaments

Gold and Diamond members get access to exclusive VIP tournaments featuring higher prize pools and a limited number of competitors.

Higher Bet Limits

Diamond VIP members enjoy significantly higher bet limits on Sports Betting and casino games. If you're looking to place big bets, Diamond is where you want to be.

Custom Bonus Offers

Diamond members receive customized bonus offers built around their playing style and preferences. These aren't generic deals — they're made just for you.

Priority Support

VIP members' support tickets are processed with priority. Diamond members get direct phone support — no waiting in the general queue.

Start Earning Points from Day One

Many people assume becoming a VIP is difficult or only for high rollers. At 36kbd, it works a little differently. From your very first day, you're already enjoying Bronze tier benefits — and every bet you place moves you closer to the next level.

Players often don't even notice when they've moved from Silver to Gold. Log in to your 36kbd account and you'll clearly see your current points status and exactly how many points you need to reach the next tier.

Your first deposit comes with a 100% welcome bonus, and the bets you place with that bonus also count toward your points. So a strong start gets you to VIP faster.

More Points on Cricket Betting, Faster VIP Progress

In Bangladesh, cricket is more than a sport — it's a passion. 36kbd gets that. That's why cricket betting earns a slightly higher points rate: 1.2 points per ৳100.

For Bangladesh national team matches, IPL, and BPL, 36kbd also runs special point events where double points are available for a limited time. Keeping an eye on these events is one of the fastest ways to climb the VIP tiers.

Cricket fans in Dhaka who regularly bet on BPL or national team matches often reach Gold tier within a few months. Consistent play is the best strategy.

Double Points Event: During major tournaments, 36kbd offers special points boosts — keep an eye on the promotions page.

What Sets the 36kbd VIP Program Apart?

VIP programs are nothing new in online betting. Many platforms offer them. But more often than not, they're so complicated that the average player can't even tell what benefits they're actually getting. At 36kbd, it's kept simple.

Points Never Expire

On many platforms, points come with an expiry date — leave them unused and they're gone. At 36kbd, that's not something you need to worry about. Your earned points accumulate in your account and won't disappear even if you take a month off. That said, maintaining your VIP tier does require a minimum level of activity each month.

Diamond VIP — A Truly Premium Experience

The Diamond tier is reserved for 36kbd's most trusted players. At this level, it's not just about bonuses — your entire gaming experience is elevated. A dedicated manager who knows your preferences and betting style will craft offers tailored specifically to you.

Exclusive VIP-only tournaments are held for Diamond members — limited participants, massive prizes. Regular members are not eligible to enter.

Can Your Tier Drop?

Yes, extended inactivity may trigger a VIP tier review. That said, 36kbd is quite flexible about this — you'll receive both email and SMS warnings before any downgrade, giving you the chance to get back in the game first.

Tier reassessment typically occurs after 90 days of no betting activity. However, if you need an extended break for personal reasons, you can reach out to your VIP Manager to discuss your options.

Responsible Gaming & VIP

Chasing VIP status is not a reason to bet more than you should. 36kbd always reminds you — betting is for entertainment, not a reliable source of income. The VIP program is designed to reward regular players, not to encourage problem gambling.

If you feel your betting is getting out of control, visit 36kbd's Responsible Gaming page to set deposit limits or self-exclusion. These tools are available to all members equally, regardless of VIP tier.
